Membership
Permits are strictly non-transferable. Any actual or attempted transfer or other disposal of permits will result in the withdrawal of membership with no refund. Regular permit checks are made and anyone not carrying a valid permit will be asked to leave. Please telephone the office to advise of any trespassers encountered.

Day Permits
 Payment of day permits can be made in advance and posted to our postal address (click here for form), or full payment can be made on the day by leaving a cheque in the honesty box - please phone the office to make a booking.

Safety
Children under 16 are not permitted to ride alone.  Anyone using the jumps should not ride alone.  You must wear a hard hat conforming to PAS 015 EN1384, ASTM F1163, ASTM Snell E95, SNZ838(1998), SEI ASTM 95 or Snell 2001, and suitable footwear with a heel.  A body protector must be worn when jumping.

Routes
Please ensure you only ride on the permitted areas, and under no circumstances should you ride on the area inside the grassp gallops.  Every effort is made to ensure all areas are safe and clear.  Please report any problems to the office in order that the necessary work can be carried out.  Where ground conditions dictate, walk rathern than trot or canter over the affected patches.  This assists in keeping the tracks in good condition.

Insurance
Great Westwood Equestrian Park, the agents and employees, take no responsibility for any loss, damage, liability, costss or expenses incurred by or to any visitor or animal during a visit or following a visit as a consequence of it.

ALL members and day permit riders must have adequate personal injury and third party liability insurance.  Please provide details of your insurance company on your application form.

Parking & Access
Access by horsebox or trailer is by the Langleybury Lane entrance only.  The Bucks Hill end of Old House Lane is unsuitable for large vehicles.  Access on horseback is by the equestrian gates at both entrances, which should be locked after entering and on leaving (unless you find the padlock is already open).

Closure of the Park
Great Westwood Equestrian Park reserves the right to close the park to hold an event, show or for any reason deemed necessary.  Prior notice will be given to all members.

Withdrawal of Permits
Great Westwood Equestrian Park reserves the right to withdraw any permit at ny time where they believe a rider is failing to respect the rules of membership or isnot following the code of conduct as laid down by the British Horse Society.
